I'm torn. On one hand, I do like to do things my way. That's why I started working for myself in the beginning. I like how I do things. Although I have to say, I think that's my independent nature, more than my feminine nature. On the other hand, I often think about the days when I can hand over the parts of my job that I hate. Accounting, tax forms, etc. Someday, someone else will be doing that. Then I can work more... and grow, right?

Interesting. I know alot of my own traits that would make it very difficult to turn over control and trust others to perform to my standards but at some point I guess you have to...I do wonder if when women DO hire if there has been a study done to see if female owned businesses are biased toward hiring women...hmmm, thanks for getting my mind moving tonight!
